Terms for Partners

These terms apply to professionals who take jobs through Hamsa Partner (the partner screens of the Hamsa Home Services app, or the separate Hamsa Partner app).

Joining

• You must give your real name, mobile number and the services you offer. Hamsa reviews every application and may ask for Aadhaar and bank details before or after approval.
• You get leads only after Hamsa approves your profile and assigns your Hub. Hamsa decides your Hub and can change it.

Leads and jobs

• Leads are offered to eligible professionals in the Hub; the first to accept gets the job. Lead credits are taken when you accept (see the Cancellation and Refund Policies for Partners).
• Reach the customer in the booked time slot, do the work listed in the booking, and be polite and safe.
• Charge only the price shown in the app. Extra work or a different measurement must be added in the app and approved by the customer. Spare parts are charged at actual cost and only with the customer's approval.
• Ask for the customer's 4-digit service code only when the work is finished. The code confirms the job is complete.

Not allowed

• Asking customers to cancel, asking for more money than the app shows, or offering to do the work outside the app.
• Sharing customer details or using them for anything other than the job.
• Sending someone else to do the job in your name.
• Hamsa may warn, block or remove a professional who breaks these rules or gets repeated customer complaints.

Money

• Hamsa's commission and the lead credit costs are shown in the app and may change; changes apply to new jobs only.
• Earnings, payouts and refunds follow the Refund Policy for Partners. You are responsible for your own income tax.

Work quality

• Your work is covered by Hamsa's 30-day workmanship warranty to customers. If a customer asks for a free revisit for your job within 15 days, it is offered to you first.

Safety

• If you feel unsafe, leave the place and use Emergency Help in the app to call the Hamsa Safety Team.

Ending

• You can stop using Hamsa Partner at any time; finish or give up your accepted jobs first. Hamsa can end your access if these terms are broken.
