Refund Policy

Pay-after-service bookings: nothing is charged until the work is done, so no refund is needed when you cancel.
Online payments: if a booking is cancelled before the work starts, the amount you paid is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If you cancelled after a professional accepted, the ₹99 cancellation fee is kept from this refund (see Cancellation Policy).
If the professional measures the work on site and the final price is lower than what you paid online, the difference is refunded to you.
If you are unhappy with completed work, contact support within 7 days. We will send a professional to fix it under the warranty or offer a full or partial refund.
